My name is Martha Saavedra and I'm the founder of HomeOnRiviera.com. I'm an independent Real Estate Agent, legally registered at the Tribunal de Commerce de Nice, French Riviera, France. I'm of Norwegian nationality with South American roots and I hold degrees in Hospitality Management and International Marketing. I speak and write fluent English, French, Spanish, Norwegian and Danish.

After many years of travelling the world I came to Nice 5 years ago and, immediately I felt in love with this facsinating city and with the French Riviera. Then, I bought a property in an auction and I have personally experienced the joys and challenges of purchase, renovation and managing of property in France.

Let me say right away... that we are not a real estate agency - I provide a service that finds you the right property on the French Riviera. My work differs from agencies on the following points:

I represent only the clients. I work with different agencies all over the region. This gives me access to a great number of properties to choose from for my clients.

My work does not cost you anything. In the event of a purchase I split the commission with the agency.

I provide reliable service before, during and after the sale. After finding the right property, I guide my clients throughout the acquisition process and help them with all the practical matters after the final purchase.

Whether you are looking for a modest studio, an apartment, or a luxury villa, I'll find it at no extra cost for you, as I have done for countless clients over the last few years. I also work with "leaseback" and investment properties throughout the region.
